Founder, Citadel Technology Partners
Jim is a senior Microsoft infrastructure engineer with more than 26 years of IT experience designing, supporting, troubleshooting, and migrating business-critical Microsoft environments.
His background spans Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, identity, enterprise infrastructure, migrations, and complex technical remediation across commercial and government environments.
Citadel was founded to give IT organizations direct access to senior Microsoft expertise for projects where successful execution matters more than adding another generalist vendor.
